• Tera: Measure from one shoulder point across the back neck to the other shoulder point.
• Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other shoulder.
• Chest: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
• Kamar (Waist): Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape slightly loose.
• Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
• Daman: Measure the width around the bottom opening of the shirt.
• Arm: Measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist.

Trouser Measurements

• Front Rise: Measure from the front waistline down to the crotch seam.
• Back Rise: Measure from the back waistline down to the crotch seam.
• Hip (Trouser): Measure around the widest part of the hips while wearing the trousers.
• Bottom: Measure the width of the trouser opening at the ankle.
