2. Exchange Policy

An exchange will only be considered if the product received has a serious manufacturing defect or significant damage, such as:

  • The fabric is severely torn or ripped.

  • The fabric has unusual or unwanted color stains, including bead color transfer or other visible color marks that were present when the product was received.

  • The item has significant damage or a major defect that affects its quality or usability.

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, along with their order details.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by KhalqKaram.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.

  • Requests made after the 24-hour reporting period.

4. Exchange Shipping Costs

If the exchange request is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect or damaged item sent by KhalqKaram, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Refund Policy

KhalqKaram does not offer refunds for purchased items. Approved claims for damaged or defective products will be handled through an exchange, subject to product availability and applicable consumer protection laws.
